La Atlantida
Gran Canaria Underwater Park
La Atlántida Underwater Park is the first artificial reef park in Gran Canaria, located just off the coast of Puerto de Mogán. This unique marine conservation and tourism project recreates a submerged city — inspired by the legend of Atlantis — across more than 3,000 m² of protected ocean floor.
Accessible only by submarine, the park offers a one-of-a-kind journey beneath the Atlantic Ocean where you can view hundreds of eco-designed structures and a thriving marine ecosystem.
Gran Canaria's Submarine Reef
Visitors explore the park aboard the Golden Shark, a 100% electric, zero-emissions submarine designed for safe and quiet underwater exploration. With panoramic viewing windows and climate control, the experience is suitable for:
-

-
Seniors
-
Pregnant women
-
Visitors with heart or ear conditions
No diving or special training is required — just relax and enjoy the 40–45 minute journey to depths of around 20–25 meters.
