Return & Cancellation Policy

At ParkPass.online, we aim to offer flexibility and clarity when it comes to your bookings.
General Return Policy

All tickets and bookings (except Siam Park and Loro Parque products) can be cancelled or changed up to 24 hours before the scheduled event start time. You will receive a full refund for eligible cancellations made within this period.
Non-Refundable Products
The following products are non-refundable:

  • Siam Park

  • Loro Parque

For these attractions, refunds are not available, but we offer the option to:

  • Change the date of your ticket

  • Update the name on the booking


Important Notice About Payment Disputes
If a customer initiates a claim or chargeback (via PayPal, Stripe, or other payment platforms) without contacting us first, any approved refund will be issued minus a claim handling fee (typically €20), to cover processing costs.

Please contact our customer service team as early as possible if you wish to make changes.
